Stages of starting a business in Slovakia

STAGE 4. Overcoming the language barrier
It is recommended that you learn Slovak on basic level before moving to the country, so you can develop your business faster. You can learn a language both independently, with the help of various services, and with a tutor, or enroll in a language school.

If you want to hire foreign citizens, you must register with the Ministry of Labor and apply for open vacancies. The priority for employment is the Slovaks, if none of them goes to work for you, foreigners will be able to get this job.
STAGE 6. Accounting and taxes
You, as an individual entrepreneur, are required to pay income tax. It is paid once a year at a rate of 15%. Also, you need to keep accounts, and if you are not an expert in this, you should not even waste time trying to figure it out. Pay for the services of an outsourced accountant (about 30 euros per month), and develop your business without thinking about the need to submit reports on time.
